At Wildlux Expeditions LTD, we are committed to providing exceptional safari experiences and travel services. We understand that travel plans may change, and this Refund and Returns Policy explains the conditions under which cancellations, refunds, and changes to bookings are handled.
1. Booking Confirmation
A safari, tour, or travel service is considered confirmed once:
- A deposit or full payment has been received.
- A written confirmation or invoice has been issued by Wildlux Expeditions LTD.
- The client agrees to our booking terms and conditions.
The required deposit amount will be communicated during the booking process.
2. Cancellation by the Client
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
Cancellation charges are calculated based on the number of days before the scheduled arrival date.

Certain hotels, lodges, airlines, and third-party suppliers may have separate cancellation policies, which may result in additional charges.
3. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are generally non-refundable:
- International and domestic flight tickets.
- Visa fees and travel permits.
- Travel insurance.
- Park fees that have already been paid to authorities.
- Special permits and government fees.
- Last-minute bookings and promotional offers marked as non-refundable.
4. Changes to Bookings
Clients may request changes to their itinerary, travel dates, accommodations, or other arrangements.
Changes are subject to:
- Availability of services.
- Supplier approval.
- Applicable price differences.
- Additional administrative or service fees.
Wildlux Expeditions LTD will make every reasonable effort to accommodate requested changes.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 14–30 business days after the cancellation has been confirmed.
Refunds will be made using the original payment method whenever possible.
Please note:
- Bank charges and transaction fees may be deducted from the refundable amount.
- International transfer fees are the responsibility of the client.
- Processing times may vary depending on banks and payment providers.
6. Cancellation by Wildlux Expeditions LTD
Wildlux Expeditions LTD reserves the right to cancel a tour or service due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
- Natural disasters.
- Extreme weather conditions.
- Political instability.
- Government restrictions.
- Safety concerns.
- Force majeure events.
In such cases, clients may be offered:
- An alternative travel date.
- A substitute itinerary of equal value.
- A travel credit.
- A partial or full refund, depending on recoverable costs from suppliers.
7. No-Show Policy
Failure to arrive for a booked tour, safari, transfer, or accommodation without prior notice will be considered a “no-show.”
No refunds will be provided for:
- Missed departures.
- Unused accommodations.
- Unused activities.
- Early departures.
- Voluntary changes made during the trip.
8. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering:
- Trip cancellation.
- Medical emergencies.
- Evacuation expenses.
- Personal belongings.
- Flight delays.
- Unexpected travel disruptions.
Travel insurance provides protection against circumstances that may not be covered under this Refund and Returns Policy.
9. Special Circumstances
Refund requests due to medical emergencies, family emergencies, or other exceptional circumstances will be reviewed individually. Supporting documentation may be required.
Any refund granted under special circumstances remains at the sole discretion of Wildlux Expeditions LTD and may depend on supplier policies.
